(Updated Feb 3, 2010) . . .  There is an emergency on Earth!  Ask God for guidance.  She will answer.  Pay attention. . . . Thank you, Sirian High Council; Thank you, Trydjya (Patricia Cori) . . . Let us prepare to ascend with Mother Earth!

My name is Starte Christ.  I wish you to know how Blockbuster, Incorporated, the Montgomery County Police (Maryland), and the Human Rights Office of Montgomery County treated me soley because I assigned myself black skin.  They also did this to you, although you are probably not aware yet!

On January 28, 2008, I visited the Blockbuster Store No 240248, 20004 Goshen Road, Gaithersburg MD (now closed).  I was there to return these DVD titles:  3:10 to Yuma, Saw IV, and Gag.  I spent about 15 minutes in the store choosing these new titles:  Bug, Death Proof, and War.  I took them to the checkout counter and asked the clerk about a discount coupon I brought with me.  The clerk told me that I could use the coupon for a movie that was not a new release.  I left the above titles at the checkout counter while I browsed once again to take advantage of the coupon.  (Send LOVE to Haiti Jan 13, 2010 and beyond.)

While browsing, Mr Daniel Weiner approached, apparently seeking to assist me selecting something that he thought I might like to watch (he was actually stalling for the police to arrive).  He made numerous suggestions.  I finally settled on the title that he handed me, Session 9, and proceeded to the checkout counter intending to pay and leave the store with all four movies.

At the checkout counter, located in the front of the store, I had my BofA debit card and Blockbuster membership card in my hand, along with Session 9, when Police Officer Lagos, accompanied with two others, approached me to ask for identification.  I obliged.  I learned that I was under suspicion for stealing.

After the shock, immediately I professed my innocence while emptying my pockets and removing enough clothing to reveal that I was not concealing anything, even my shoes, as the other two officers watched and restricted my movement.  Officer Lagos and Mr Weiner, meanwhile, conferred away from me and the other officers, but within sight.  About 10 minutes passed before Officer Lagos returned with a document for signing.  It was a Trespass Notice even though I did nothing wrong nor did I break any law.  I signed the notice, was given a poor copy, then escorted from the store.

On January 29, 2008, I wrote Chief Thomas Manger of the Montgomery County Police Department to get a better copy of the Trespass Notice.  He referred the matter to Commander Alan Goldberg who heads the sixth district.  He obliged, but he also sent a lie to support two policemen and a policelady arriving in separate cars in response to a guy 5'8" (me) who had merely gone there to return DVDs I had watched and to get new ones.

On November 4, 2008, Mr Stowe of the Montgomery County Human Rights Office and his team of investigators concluded that Blockbuster did nothing wrong, only me.
